It depends on your project. Basic is suited to smaller releases, Premium adds track stems and higher usage limits, Unlimited removes numerical limits from the included usage categories, and Exclusive prevents any new licenses for that beat from being issued after your purchase.
Yes. Once your purchase is successfully completed, you will receive the untagged files included with your selected license. The available file formats depend on the license you choose.
Yes. You can commercially release and monetize your song on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music and other supported services, as long as your use stays within the terms of your purchased license.
Basic includes MP3 and WAV files. Premium, Unlimited and Exclusive include MP3, WAV and track stems, giving you more flexibility for recording, mixing and mastering.
Basic, Premium and Unlimited licenses do not permit registration with YouTube Content ID or similar automated copyright-claiming systems. Exclusive license holders may only use such systems with prior written approval from ONE9HZ.
Your existing valid license remains active under its original terms. Once an Exclusive License becomes effective, no new licenses for that beat will be issued, but licenses purchased before the exclusive sale remain valid.

Ownership: The Beat, original master, underlying composition and track stems remain owned by the Licensor. The Exclusive License does not transfer copyright ownership of the Beat.
Resale & Redistribution: The Beat or track stems may not be resold, sublicensed or redistributed as standalone beats, samples or production assets.
Producer Credit: ONE9HZ must be credited as the producer where reasonably customary and technically possible.
The complete and binding license agreement is generated after the Exclusive offer is accepted and payment is completed, and applies to the specific Beat and purchaser.
